We exclusively use 100% top-grain and full-grain bovine leather sourced from top-tier Italian and South American tanneries. We never use bonded leather or PVC matches.
How long does shipping take for large furniture items?
In-stock items typically ship within 5-7 business days. Once dispatched, our white-glove delivery partners will contact you to schedule a specific delivery window, usually arriving within 2-3 weeks.
What is included in White Glove Delivery?
Our White Glove service includes bringing the sofa into your room of choice, full assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials and debris.
How do I care for and maintain my leather sofa?
We recommend dusting weekly with a soft cloth and applying a high-quality leather conditioner every 6-12 months. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent the leather from drying or fading.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
Do your sofas come with a warranty?
Yes, all our sofas include a 10-year structural frame warranty and a 2-year warranty on the leather upholstery and foam cushioning against manufacturing defects.
